Spark friends ROCK!!

Thursday, May 18, 2017

emoticon Is it me or does anyone else feel a real blow when they leave their Fit Bit (or any type of tracker)behind and run out the door?
I feel that way because my Fit Bit is my main source of motivation, along with all you guys here on SparkPeople.Com
Where would we be without each other? Probably not in as good shape as we are.
Its reassuring to know, even if we can't do the tracker thing, that we have SparkPeople watching our back.
So when you can read each others challenges and click them a "like" and a word or two of encouragement. A little goes a long way!
Keep on moving on Spark friends!

Unfortunately, I have had more than one senior moment leaving behind my trackers. But then what did I ever do before them? Had to just track my time exercised and forget the steps.
I am still here after all these years since May 2009 because of my Spark friends. Even though we my be at maintenance our journey is never done and neither is that of those friends that remain here with us.

Amen to all of that! Clicking like on someone's comment or blog helps me to keep positive behaviors in the forefront of my mind!

I have an addiction to my fitbit! A couple years ago though, I left it at home before a 5K. I had about a half mile walk to the race from the parking garage and then half mile back, I ran the 3.2 miles, walked around the after party and as I got back to my car realized I didn't have my fitbit. ARGH!!!!

But I told myself REPEATEDLY that it was more important my number of steps showed up in my health and wellness rather than a device.

I hear ya! Keep on Sparkin!

emoticon I hate leaving without my tracker of choice but it's good to know that, if I do, I can still track it here

I feel the same way! I hate to take my Fitbit off, even to charge it, for fear of forgetting to put it back on!
