I've hit bottom. When I weighed in today I am back to my heaviest weight ever. How did I let this happen?
Time to force myself back on track. I have to eat better and more often. This minimal eating is getting me nowhere fast. I'm not eating enough, not exercising enough, not drinking enough.
I need to pray more and be more mindful of what I am doing.
