I've hit bottom. When I weighed in today I am back to my heaviest weight ever. How did I let this happen? Time to force myself back on track. I have to eat better and more often. This minimal eating is getting me nowhere fast. I'm not eating enough, not exercising enough, not drinking enough. I need to pray more and be more mindful of what I am doing.

    You are right. Tracking is very important and keeps everyone accountable for what they eat.

    Don't get discouraged. Get on Spark People and read their meal plans and come as close as you can. Also track your calories for all meals. This will help you see where you have gotten off track.
