After my last post about losing our baby, I got pregnant 3 months later and we now have an almost 9 month old cutie! I really need to lose all the weight I've gained from emotional eating from the loss and then pregnancy weight on top of it. My first overall goal is to lose 60 pounds. I can't do it alone. Kind of disappointed the SparkTeams aren't as active as they once were years ago when I first came on here. I need a challenge that has me weighing in each week to keep me accountable. If you know of an active team, please let me know!
My first mini goal is to get under 200lbs. I have about 11 lbs to reach that goal. Let's do it!
