What's going right.

I have exercised every day for 73 days, for at least 15 minutes. Most days I get in close to an hour and some days over. I have drank at least 8 cups of water every day for 73 days. I have tracked my food for 73 days. I have given myself a pep talk every day for almost 2 weeks. I feel stronger. I can do a workout for 30 minutes and not feel like I am going to die.

I'm going to keep going. I am going to keep my streaks going.
