I continue to stay on track, except for the exercise, again :( Yesterday I planned to do my seated video on my lunch break, but for whatever reason, I was unable to play any video on my computer. Then by the time I got home yesterday and put dinner in the oven, my hip was pretty sore. Even though these exercises are seated, they do require leg movement, and I was just not up to it at that point, so I missed again. I'm hoping to accomplish today...fingers crossed.
So my goals will not change, and hopefully I'll get to all of them today:
1. commit to eating my planned meals and snacks, and no more - CHECK
2. do one seated workout of the several I have found on SP daily - not yet!
3. set aside 15 minutes in the middle of every day, just after lunch, to pray/meditate - CHECK
4. report my daily progress in this May Day blog series - CHECK
I will not beat myself up over the exercise, but I will not give up on planning for it, either. It is a nice, sunshiny day out there today, here's hoping that lifts my spirits and perhaps motivates me to work around whatever obstacles arise today. If the video continues to be a problem, I will replace it with some calisthenics that I can do, using my resistance band and squeeze ball that I have here at the office.
