I Know It's Working

I have noticed that when my body is not well nourished, when I get careless with my diet, I crave sweets ALL THE TIME! I understand that this happens when one is overfed but undernourished.
To break my love affair with sweets, I cleaned up my eating act. I've been enjoying my fruits and veges and trying to avoid processed foods as much as possible. I can already tell it's working because on Saturday I woke up craving watermelon - seriously! I have craved pasta, pizza, cake, bread etc before, but watermelon? Never! I did this clean eating thing a few years ago and I remember craving grapes and bananas. My body is resetting and it's beginning to ask for the good stuff - real food. Stranger still is the fact that I get nauseous at the sight of fast food.
I just had a salad with some red rice for lunch and I am feeling satiated - not stuffed. Its a great feeling.
