Last weekend of training this past weekend. As a result, I took the weekend off from tracking, but here's my wrap-up:

04.28.17 (Friday)
Sleep Last Night: 6 hours
Weight This Morning: 174.2
Calories Eaten Today: did not track
Fitness Minutes: 158 (68 minute dog walk / 90 dancing at Strangeways)
Total Steps: 16,882
Water: 3 litres
2 Good Things I Did For Me Today: 1) walked my dogs at the shelter! and 2) went dancing with husband at Strangeways (the 80s/hipster music monthly dance night here in Pittsburgh)

04.29.17 (Saturday)
Sleep Last Night: 6 hours
Weight This Morning: 174.4
Calories Eaten Today: did not track
Fitness Minutes: 157 (100 minutes run, 8 miles, & 57 minute recovery walk, 3 miles)
Total Steps: 26,094
Water: 2 litres (always SO HARD on long run day, and i dont know why)
2 Good Things I Did For Me Today: 1) last training run of the season! 8 miles with Steel City Road Runners and 2) made a healthy dinner of catfish with fresh herbs and potatoes.

04.30.17 (Sunday)
Sleep Last Night: 4 hours
Weight This Morning: did not weigh
Calories Eaten Today: did not track
Fitness Minutes: 53 (53 minute walk, 3 miles)
Total Steps: 13,458
Water: 3 litres
2 Good Things I Did For Me Today: 1) took Layla Grace to Art All Night and 2) outdoor time with my friend

05.01.17 (Monday)
Sleep Last Night: 6 hours
Weight This Morning: 175.0
Calories Eaten Today: 2305
Fitness Minutes: 38 (38 minute walk, 2 miles)
Total Steps: 8,743
Water: 3 litres
2 Good Things I Did For Me Today: this is a hard one. i had an awful day at work, did not feel well, and it was a very, very stressful 13 hour shift. but, 1) i packed a healthy lunch and healthy snacks and 2) went for a 2 mile walk before bed to keep up my fitness.
