2 Good Things I Did For Me Today: 1) worked on photo edits for more upcoming blog entries and 2) got interviewed by our local NPR station this evening for a feature they are doing. They found our blog and thought we would be perfect for the piece!


Struggled today with being hungry all day. All. Day. I just had a snack of toast and I am somehow still hungry. Usually having something like English muffin or toast late at night like this is enough for me to not feel hungry, but I'm starving right now. Sigh.

    I'm on a lonnnnnnnng chocolate binge, totally tied to work stress and fatigue. Trying to break the binge in small steps, but it's taking time. Ah well, there are worse things to overdo, I guess. It's actually "on plan" for me, just not in these quantities!

    I might have a piece of toast but will have a bit of protein with it: peanut butter, cheese, cottage cheese, etc. Just a thought.
