Looking Forward To Exercising

Exercising is now becoming something I am working back into my routine. I look to make room for exercising in my everyday life at least 90 minutes a week. I try to do 30 minutes sessions at least 3 times a week. If I can't carve out 30 minutes one day, I will ensure that I get at least 15 minutes of cardio in.

I made space in one room of my home to exercise with my Shaun T Beach Body and my Shaun T Cize dvd's and I am really enjoying them. I am losing weight with those along with the Sparkpeople program. It has truly have to be something I get right this time around.
