8 weeks in

It has now been 8 weeks on SP. I started off feeling "I can do this" and up until this past week I am thinking that maybe it's meant for me to be over weight!

After 8 weeks of watching what I eat and working out almost everyday I have lost 6 lbs and 6 inches. I'm feeling that the tires are spinning but I'm stuck in mud or snow and there is no way out. My husband is trying to encourage me by saying "Your body is changing, you may not be loosing weight but you are tightening up!..

I am not sure if I need to change what I eat, how much I work out, or what kind of workout I do. Maybe I'm expecting changes too fast taking my age into consideration.

Will push through another month and hope things change.
Today I just want to hide from the world

    One thing I learned with my yoyo dieting I was doing is just cause you haven't lost any pounds doesn't mean you haven't lost. Try tracking your inches like you waist or wherever​ your most weight is. And see if there is I change and I bet you will.
