LAUGH OUT LOUD

Monday, April 24, 2017

Laugh out Loud I woke up at 5 this morning, nothing unusual about that, but it was the first night I had slept all night without waking up, but I was busting at the seams. I got up went to the bathroom and got a cup of coffee and went back to my room and watched a little TV , I love the old shows. Why did I say laugh out loud ....well while sitting there on my bed I found myself giving myself a pep talk. Oh yes I was telling myself how proud I was and if the rain holds off I could go walking ,weed a flowerbed then clean my house. and if I could pat myself on the back I would. I got this. Funny how things works. I replaced the diet soda on my nightstand with water, great move because every time I got up I would take a drink which cause me to have to get up again and again, I wasn't getting but about 2 hours of good sleep and even though I was up at 5 I got 8 hours of sleep I feel great. Good enough to give myself a pep talk . Oh laugh out loud I find this funny and I know I am motivated.
