Time to get serious

It seems like I have been on the same cycle for years. Time to break the cycle. All of my reasons just aren't helping and really only let me off the hook. I have been going in the wrong direction with weight and healthful eating/living.
I have made some positive changes. New job last summer. Taking more time to sleep and not "do." (But this makes me feel like some of my weight gain has been because of this...) And, I am still tired! Need to get more active.
Today is Monday. I have just a couple of goals to focus on:
1. Move more. Walk with Melinda tonight. Walk the dogs before bed.
2. Eat healthy. Packed lunch. Good snacks. Lots of water!
3. Be in the moment. Be productive.
More than that will be too much. Will check in at the end of the day.
