What is greatest struggle in my weight loss journey ?

I've shared with many people that I procastinated myself right up to my highest weight.
I was always going to take care of the weight after:
1st of the week
1st of the month
after I finished up some favorite thing in the house
sometimes swore to finish after the meal I was eating
Well I lost a large portion of my weight and I've maintained since about 2009.
But since 2009 I've procrastinated again -- up and down -- promising to take care of of the weight and eat sensibly.
Part of the struggle with the procrastination is:
I plan those meals later
I'll log those calories early so I know my total by the end of the day
I'll start walking tomorrow
I'll reach out the next time before I give in to the food
I know it will probably always be a part of my life -- I'm 54 and I've never beat procrastination.
But if I can make the next right decision each day --- before each bite I will reach my goal weght ---- be better to my heart at a lower weight.
