After first 4 weeks

Tomorrow starts a new set of workouts "The 4-week HIIT plan for beginners" with Jessica Smith. Over the last four weeks I lost 6 inches and my arms got bigger by 1. I only lost 2 lbs kind of bummed about that but other changes are happening. I'm guessing my weight loss will come soon after my body is ready.
