More time and effort than I thought but that's OK

Yesterday, I realized I had been thinking that I could fit this Sparkpeople/ getting healthier and thinner thing "in between the cracks" of my schedule. In other words, I could just squeeze it in without much change or effort or time. Nope. I have to consider if I really want to do this. If I do, and I think I do, I need to plan on more time effort. Then I won't be so discouraged when it takes more time and effort than I thought.

    For me the time to track my food, check in with so of the Teams plus blog occasionally is also my downfall here. I struggle daily to make it part of my day. I keep hoping I can figure out the best way, after each meal, once a day in the evening? I guess that's why it is so important for us to find our way. I believe our dedication to being here will be reflected in our dedication to our journey to better health.
    I wish you well on your journey and hope we can walk our paths together for a while.
