WELL!!! I regained and went up to 245 pounds by December 20th 2016, Not good and also scary!! So why wait till January 1rst I said, I got back to it as there was no better time than the present to do so, I'm now down to 232,5 pounds and can't wait to see 230. I set small goals and have a book where I write daily . I only plan 2 weeks at a time. Today begin another 2 week period with a new addition; WALKING. I started by doing stationary bike the last 2 weeks to give my legs strength. This 2 week goal is to see 229 at the end of it.

In my book I have for header what I will do these next 2 weeks to achieve my goal
under it is my daily report ; 14 slots where I have specific entries to tick of or record
Under this is a place to comment daily. This helps me a lot It's like 2 weeks is something I can handle and it also makes me accountable somewhere

So let's begin this two weeks with enthusiasm
