Today is day 8 for me I am very proud of myself I have been watching my calories and my carbs drinking my 8 glasses of water a day I weighed myself from where I started I gained 2 pounds I'm not for sure if this is from water because I have been doing everything right and I feel better maybe someone can give me advice about the water weight can you carry water weight and how can you get it off

    I hope your still going strong! I was working on my diabetes, and learned you take less medicine, when you eat less carbs, I just stick to real carbs, and no more processed carbs or sugar. After you are away from them for a week, you mind clears, and you lose all the cravings, and then it is easier to stick to your eating plan. Best wishes!
