How is it possible that in just over a week my stomach problems are on the mend? I've had chronic stomach issues for two years, including daily bowel probs since taking antibiotics five months ago. All the expensive probiotics have helped a little, but in just one week I'm completely back to normal. The cure? Sauerkraut! What?!
Apparently, two tablespoons of raw sauerkraut has as many gut-healing probiotics as a whole bottle of pills. A couple bites twice a day, and I haven't had a single loose bm or a rolling/queasy stomach. I'm even enjoying the taste, since I've been craving salty/spicy/pickled flavors anyways. Fingers crossed that this gets me back on track!
