GOALS: Week of February 5

Goal(s) Week of Feb. 5:
1) Run at least 4 miles,2 times this week
3) Weight Training 4x this week (with cardio)
4) Lower and achieve new maintenance mid-range of 190; and reduce body fat %
Notes as I start a new week:
I crushed it at the gym this week, but not so much on the running front. It's hard to motivate myself to get out there when it's cold and windy. The treadmill is fine and dandy, but anything over 20 minutes running in place starts to bore me. This week's exercise goals are to see through one more week of my current program and assess if it's time to mix things up--and to get my running in.
My nutrition was pretty good, even though the husband and I went out a couple of times.
Today was my monthly detailed measurements day. I can feel and see improvements in my body, but oddly enough some of my stats came back a little worse than last month. The big one for me is body fat percentage. It was a little higher than last month, even though looking in the mirror that can't be true. Perhaps it's because I used a different website to do the calculations this month...or maybe I'm just imperfect at using the calipers. Anyway. I'm really liking how I'm starting to look. I'm getting muscles and my stomach is getting harder. Who knew this was possible?!
I am feeling more balanced and centered lately...so that's good. This week should be a pretty standard one (no travel or crazy meetings)...so it should be a good one to get a lot of things done.
