Bad week

I'm having a bad week for exercise, I was only able to do 2 days 60 minutes each . I have sciatica and it is real bad and I'm in severe pain and can barely walk ,I worked as a certified nurses assistant for 17 years and hurt my back a couple of times . The good thing is I have been getting my 1200 calories in and drinking 7 to 8 bottles of water 16 ounces each.i lost 9 pounds in two weeks this is my third week I weigh my self on Sundays.
