Motivation??

Think a lot about that word today...exhausted and just not motivated...wishing I had an exercise buddy to go to the gym with..
Went yesterday and plan to go again in the morning
Super glad for this app cause I struggle on days like this to do mindless stress eating, etc and it helps keep me aware of what's going into my mouth...
Came home from work and slept a solid 2 hours, which never happens and now I'm slowly getting some necessary housework done - just lacking energy and so tempting to go to bed super early tonight....
Does anyone have any ideas for how to push thru times like this, and fire up the energy and motivation? Any tricks, self-talk, etc that you use to power thru when your body just seems to drag and the last thing you want to do is interact at a crowded gym and work out??? Need some practical tips and ideas....
