So much happening this year. Ramsey's working on their rehab house, Jess and Trina working hard on their little family with baby George just 8 months old and me, well, time to start working on ME.

The time will pass anyway, and this is so much more doable than many things in life that are even harder to control. If it doesn't seem that way, it's just because it hasn't become habit yet. But there may always be an element of effort in it. Still worth it! I hope the Living Binge Free team can help. BTW, I know this is heresy, but I've found that developing general routines for my meals is even more important than tracking, which I was not willing to do permanently. In fact, I decided seven years ago that "orderly" (opposite of my disordered eating) sane (a mix of nutrition and pleasure) eating was my focus more than weight loss, which can be so elusive even when we are eating quite reasonably. Weight loss happened anyway. Let me know if you'd like more details.
