Feeling bad

Saturday, January 21, 2017

Well today we celebrated my granddaughters 2nd birthday with a party at chuck e cheese. Needless to say I've been 16 days with soda caffeine or any sweets. Well I done good and only ate 1 piece of pizza but may granddaughter cried Cuz maw maw wasn't gonna eat a piece of her birthday cake. I felt bad and ate a very small piece then she was happy. I'm just upset with myself for eating it but I'll do anything for my grandbabies. So tomorrow I will be back on track and this new health adventure is gonna continue

A small piece is better than a full size peice. You also made your granddaughter very happy. Do the best you can for the rest of the day. Tomorrow is a new day! One time won't kill your attempts.

I so agree with you on that. Come morning it's back to the stricken eating that's for sure. I started this back on Jan 5th and I'm down 20 pounds and I don't wanna ruin it i wanna keep loosing it

You did great! You have to allow yourself the little things like birthday cake. Do a little more exercise to burn it off. I am with your granddaughter it is bad luck not to have at least a bit of birthday cake. Back to strict eating tomorrow.

Kudos to you only eating a small slice and making your grandbaby happy! Tomorrow is a new day and not her birthday! Best of luck to you!
