Countdown to 48 - Day 2

So I ate pretty well yesterday and began to devise a plan in my head to try to add some amount of fitness. I am not going to be able to hit any aerobic machines, but hoping I can come up with a bit of a program to work specific areas, and even do some resistance training with light weights and bands. I feel like if I do that, I will get the benefit of eating better, since my desire and ability to keep my eating in check often feeds off my physical activity (ha, there's a pun there!)

So my goal for today is to begin to find exercises that I can do without pain to the hip, working specific areas..and perhaps even begin doing them!
