My Weight Loss Goals

I used to have these on my profile page, but it was long and awkward looking, and I've stopped and started so many times that some of the goals became obsolete over time. So here goes: Starting weight: 269 lbs Current weight: 259 lbs Goal weight: 160 lbs 250 lbs: new pair of sneakers/gym shoes 225 lbs: gym membership or (if money is tight) a commitment to fitness activity with friends 200 lbs: new nightgown that makes me feel pretty! (rowr...) 175 lbs: linen pillage at Designer Fabrics! 160 lbs (goal): new wardrobe! ----------- I had originally been putting down stuff like ice cream and dinner out, but I decided to not make any of my goal achievements be linked to food, as I'm already a candidate for overeaters anonymous, and I felt that it sets a bad precedent, as if my diet is a punishment. For one thing I'm not on a diet (or so I keep reminding myself); this is a lifestyle change from a lifetime of poor eating choices. So, I'm already thinking of where I'm going to find gym shoes that don't look like a clown barfed on my feet, and don't cost a trillion dollars. Wish me luck!

    I think we are supposed to see ourselves at the end of our goals. Good for you, now start racking up those exercise spark points!!
