I am on day three today after seeing my doc and telling her it was time to get healthy. She also has me working with a nutritionist. I have PCOS so cutting carbs is inevitable. My current goals are 1500-1800 calories and 120 carbs.
Tomorrow I turn 38. I have two girls. Aubrey is 3 and Sabrina turns 2 next month. This is about them. I am huge. Over 100 pounds to lose. I want to be more active for them but moreso I want them to grow up healthy. PCOS is hereditary so its important they learn to eat healthy. Both my girls are 99th percentile. They are not overweight just tall, but they need a healthier lifestyle.
I am addicted to fast food and pizza. That will be my biggest struggle. We live in the country and just going to town triggers a need to hit a drivethrough. The plan for now is less trips to town.
This isnt my first rodeo but hopefully it will be my last.
