Confession: I tracked before Christmas and did really well. I even tracked the morning of Christmas Eve. Well, there you have it. I intended to track over the Christmas weekend, but didn't. Ack! Then I got a really bad cold (still have it). Bad news: still not tracking. Good news: haven't gained any weight and somehow lost two pounds. Starting to feel better, must start tracking.
Why do I keep doing the same thing over and over again? Careful how you answer that!
I didn't really expect an answer to my question. Just my sense of humor. I know that the definition of crazy is doing the same over and over again and expecting different results!
