Today is the day

Today, I return to tracking every bit of food going into my mouth. Hopefully, in the next week, I will have a fitness tracker linked also.
Why is today the day?
1. It is a new day & I have been gone too long. The old habits are raging.
2. I start Semester 2 of graduate school next week.
3. I have health issues that need addressed.
4. I get married this summer to a gent who I want to live with for a long time.
I got to start tracking so I am not so tempted with all the holiday goodies at work & the infamous candy bowl that draws me in each day.
I got to work on being more active, even if it is winter.
I got to realize, I have done this before & was sucessful, so I can be sucessful at it again.
Today is the day to start living & stop killing myself with indulgences.
