Didn't sleep well last night. I had bad teaching dreams of all things lol. I dreamed I had a new class and wasn't prepared. Then on the 2nd class all but 2 students had dropped, I still wasn't prepared, and then I had 50 students show up an hour late to class (and the class capacity is 24). Weird. At least the bad dreams this pregnancy aren't the slasher film quality nightmares I had last time...of course I've avoided helping with butchering deer this season so far too.

Food & water logging/awareness is hard. I'm so used to just eating whatever...and then realizing later that I had planned on logging, oops. Last night was a bit of a snack fest. Dinner was late as my husband had to unexpectedly leave in the middle of preparing. (Family emergency, his cousin passed away unexpectedly.) I'm not 'logging' as far as macros etc, but I am making an effort to at least snap a picture or list what I eat/ate. Babysteps, right? And I have been doing better on my water intake the last couple of days. Only hitting ~50% on my house tidying though. I have big hopes for making big progress this weekend though.
