The Super Moon!
The night before last, the moon was not quite full but I took some photos of it anyway, because I had time. The picture I am using today is a photo I took. The one that most of my friends liked.

Then last night, when it was really full, I just admired it.

We're getting ready for house guests for a wedding this Saturday and then they are staying on through Thanksgiving. It is my Sis from Florida and her hubby. It will be fun guesting them.

Around 8:00 I had the tasks I had planned for the night, done.
I settled into my favorite chair with my hot water to drink. I started getting groggy immediately.
For some reason Mike had not thought of the Monday night football game. We were watching show jumping on one of the horse channels. By 8:15 I had, had enough. I stated "I'm going to bed, this is nuts".
Mike replied that I was right and he agreed. Then he got this panic attack. Wait Football! He started wildly changing channels and not finding the right football channel, he said Gee, maybe it's not Monday? Wait it is Monday, right? It is Monday, right?
I was walking towards bed and said I don't care.
I was asleep right around 8:15 and I slept until 6:00.
Mike actually came to bed shortly after I did.


A few times this morning, while driving to work all relaxed, I sighed and took a big breath. I was so rested.
I am going to try that again tonight.

I am changing many things up.
I was not that happy with the SP food and exercise logging, after a few years of considering it a struggle.
I found it hard to use the recipes thingy and I cook from scratch a lot! So many foods were in there several times and it took some searching to find the right one.
I just found it hard.

I kind of like the iPhone Health App but that didn't work all that well for me either for everything.
I found and I am now using a phone App called "lose it!".
I find this App to be amazing for me.
It interfaces with the IPhone Health App for the steps. In their exercise logging area they even have "Jazzercise".

I can cook from scratch and not have to enter all the recipe instructions, just the ingredients. and it stays in my area so I can bring it back up so easily.

It just is, for me, so user friendly. Those 2 apps talking to each other.

Most importantly! Mike is doing what I am doing. Well he isn't walking or exercising with me...YET!
But he is getting into real buy in. Assisting with the planning and cooking and he is helping manage leftovers for lunches etc.
I have to wonder if I might get him to use the same app? I doubt it but I might try it. Try to teach him to use it that is.

Our first weigh-in was Monday-yesterday.
We both weigh in before breakfast, not together but we write it down on the same pad of paper, in our own column. He was so cute this morning. We sat down to breakfast and he said , "wait- I didn't weigh in".
I said Honey, we don't weigh every day, we'd drive each other nuts. Just on Monday.
You see? This man has no weight reduction experience at all.
