Final report on the accident.

Friday, November 11, 2016

I should have written this a long time ago. I'm a lot better now, pretty much normal except for my lungs, my neck and losing 15 to 20 lbs. of muscle.
I found out that I cracked or broke all of my ribs except for my 2 floaters. They puncherd my lungs causing scar tissue which really affects the efficiency of my lungs. So I can't do a lot of heavy breathing, like swimming any distance over 50 meters. Or a hard ride on my bike.
My neck will only turn so far because arthritis set in when I was laying in the hospital bed so long, and I can't look up, so when I'm on my road bike I can't see very far in front of me, but I can ride my wifes cruiser but it is very heavy,. My swimming sprints has slowed down, but I still do pretty good. I swim a mile in 60 min. by doing 25 meter intervals on the min., So that keeps my only aerobics. Well that's pretty much where I am now for those who were curious about my condition.
