Update...I'm due in April 2017 with baby #2.

First trimester has been kicking my butt with fatigue, and I was hoping for some relief going into my 2nd, but... Today...I'm DRAGGING. Motivation is 0. Energy is 0. Work progress is 0. I've been staring hopelessly at the computer screen with a queasy stomach and a headache, and a feeling of guilt/failure for being so far behind in virtually every aspect of my life right now, personally and professionally.

I decided to try logging this new journey/quest as regularly as possible to see if I can see trends, or maybe just vent and work out some issues.

And any good vibes you all can spare would be appreciated :-)

    Fingers crossed the nausea and fatigue eases soon. My children are 23, 21 and 19 so I've had to rack my brains a bit to remember what helped me. Herbal teas - especially peppermint. Eating very simple foods. I got an urge for sweet things when pregnant with my daughter which is very unlike me so I would eat porridge with a little brown sugar. When I really couldn't face anything, I'd nibble on a rich tea biscuit, despite the fact I'm not really all that keen on biscuits. Rich tea biscuits must be the most bland boring biscuits on the planet!
