Just got home from a wonderful water workout ~ 90 minutes in fact ~ and my knees don't hurt! Moving in water is great for my arthritic knees. I pulled out the aerobic routine I came up with years ago before I left and went for it. It was invigorating, just like the chilly water in the pool.
