One Step @ A Time - 10/16/16 - Progress

How have I noticed improvements in my life since adopting healthier habits is the question?

1) Actual DESIRE to get up and MOVE (most mornings) lol, not this morning though - yesterday was a VERY physical day from 6am too 8pm. BUT even tho I didn't ride at 6amm today I've been CLEANING!!! Yep, even perspiring. Just a late start today :)

2) The ABILITY to be that physical for that long of a time.

3) The DESIRE and DRIVE to meet all the Biggest Loser Challenges each week

4) Automatically choosing healthy foods, nuts, fruits, veggies at the store

5) Automatically evaluating my meal and balance of nutrients and fiber

6) Understanding and not getting discouraged about the scale (most of the time)

7) KNOWING the importance and value of this Life Journey
