One Step @ A Time - 10/12/16 - All or Nothing

So Spark Coach tells me to blog about what I do with the All or Nothing Situation - Which I think an All or Nothing Attitude is simply a pathetic Excuse to give up -

BUT FIRST I have to address this weeks Biggest Loser Challenge - and we are literally CLIMBING One Step @ A Time - Up the Philadelphia Art Museum, The Empire State Bldg,

Eiffel Tower and MANY more places around the world -

SO this week IF I hit an All or Nothing situation where I may overeat - there should be no worry - Just start STEPPING!!!

Now there is one major challenge here in FL - Retirement World - no STAIRS. The only set of stairs that I can think of are 30 minutes away in The Land at EPCOT. Well I certainly cannot spend a week there on that staircase - so do I have a good excuse?

No - I found a

stepper in our gym that is not being used by anyone right now - i got permission to borrow it. Guess what I'll be doing each night when we watch our favorite tv shows - STEPPING!!! No Excuse.

Okay - so All or Nothing? Oh that was always my excuse to start a weight loss journey - I've already over eaten today - I'll start tomorrow!! Or - the scale won't budge - I'm done!!! Where did we ever get the idea that our journey is a 6am to 10pm journey anyway? We mess up at noon and think we blew it? Ridiculous!! This is a LifeTime Journey and EVERY step counts, good and not so good...

This is a One Step @ A Time journey -
and each STEP is a new start. Not a set back, not a mistake, not a defeat, just a different step than the one before.

If I remember that, and Breathe
then, I can celebrate the next step of the journey.
