I have been walking, trying to eat healthy, and keeping a journal this week. My day to weight is Sunday so I won't know how I have done till then. Trying to stay away from junk food and sweets. Did good till last night when I had a piece of cake. Oh well I just need to get back on the wagon today.. Have a good day everyone and stay safe..
