If "weight" didn't exist, how would you know if your body was healthy? What are the signs that you're getting healthier, happier and fitter that don't involve the scale.
So, while looking for a One Step picture my first reaction was - HEY - I'd LOVE to go on a hike today that included crossing water via rocks!!! Hmmm, perhaps I FEEL STRONGER, more ENERGETIC, ADVENTUROUS (of course I'm ALWAYS ready for an adventure) EXCITED, Ready to MOVE, oh and CAPABLE/CONFIDENT that I could do it. Pretty good signs, eh?
THEN I read the Quote!!! Imagine....
How AMAZING - SparkPeople cultivates this concept - hmm TEAMWORK!! We are invited to a team as soon as we join, we can find teams that align with every aspect of our lives - they are ours for the finding!! Challenge Teams that truly work together to achieve goals are available to all of us.
So how is Teamwork telling me that I'm getting healthier??? Well, working to meet the challenges on one of the Biggest Losers Teams is a sign - just the desire is one, and exceeding my goals on the challenges is another.
ALSO - today I joined a group of people who have a Biking Challenge each month - my goal is 300 miles this month.
no - that's not me YET - lol.
Oh I Almost forgot - Dream or Vision? is one better than the other? Are they the same? Well...
