Holding On, Not Moving Down!

Well my last lost pound was on August 31, 2016 and I haven't lost a pound since regardless of what I do. I still track my food and do my exercising and drink my water. I will admit not my exercising, not like I should have because I got discouraged after weeks of no loss. I know this happens all the time but every month just gets upsetting!! This is the second month in a row this happened. I was so devoted to this and I still feel devoted but I need to regain the momentum I had when I first started out on this journey. I have to admit that I am holding my weight , not gaining any, but not losing either. I am not ready to maintain my weight, I want to lose more! I need a kick in the backside to get motivated. I know I can do it because I have a strong will to do it. I was ill for a few days and that seemed to throw everything off because I let it. I know the pounds are not going to fall off without my help so I just need to back on track. Thanks for letting me sound off!! Have a Super day.
