September Goals

I love this time of year. Fall is my absolute favorite. Its filled with my favorite colors (seriously burnt orange and brown are the best colors) I absolutely LOVE the smell of pumpkin spice. Even as a kid, that smell has always calmed me and warmed my soul. I buy candles like crazy and stock up. I get my pumpkin spice coffee, I LOVE the lattes (although i try and not have that many) and my pal and i found pumpkin spice tea last year that was SO GOOD (we need to find it again!). Its no better time to work on myself and finally make a dent in the RIGHT direction for my weight loss. I have joined BLC round 32 and am a member of the CAMO crew. I need to finally be consistant and stay with my team, then i know i can be successful.

Onto the plan:
Day 1 weighed 187.6 (EEK!)
Goal is to lose 10 lbs

Daily goals:
Exercise at least 30 minutes (ST 3 times a week, cardio 6 days a week) follow my training program
GET IN THE POOL AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK! (need to face my fear and DO IT)
Take calm and 5-htp before bed so i get sleep (aim for 6 hrs)
Follow my meal plan (clean eating/made for me by a trainer)
Track on MFP
Drink a gallon or more of water
NO ALCOHOL
NO FAST FOOD

Weekly goals:
Meal prep on Mondays for the week
Weigh in on Wednesdays
Cheat day Fridays
Rest day on Sundays
