I have now 7 days in with SparkPeople I have lost 8 pounds I did 3 days of intense dieting and 4 days of regular eating. I drink some water but not up to 8 cups or even close. I don t snack as much and some nights I don t snack at all. So Im going in a little by little every day and find it easier for me to adjust to change and trying to do I tall at onceSo far so good
