One Step @ A Time - 8/27/16 Planning

7 weeks in!!! WooHoo and I'm feeling better about going 'home' for a couple of weeks. Have been concerned because we are driving and then staying and visiting with lots of family as well as a lavish wedding - so food and fitness routines will be a greater challenge.

You know how it is - you think you have it down to a science that works for you and then these wonderful interruptions. So we have been packing our food basket first with lots of healthy snacks and 'staples' nuts, rice cakes, oatmeal etc.

and oh my goodness - look at what I just found while looking for pictures - YUMMMM

But anyway - we have some food planning done but what about fitness - would I REALLLY get up and walk at the park across the street everyday instead of biking which I an totally enjoying??? Well, got smart and finally asked DIL if she has a bike I can borrow for the week and a half we'll be in the area and she said....

ALSO - IF I can fit it in the schedule because the car usage will be somewhat crazy since I have to share it with DH - lol - I may be able to fit in 3 Zumba classes while I'm there - there had better be some $ credit on my account for me to use - as promised!!!

OH yes - weights and resistance bands will be in the car - and - trying to commit to using hotel exercise rooms too - truthfully - that's a stretch ----
BUT it's all in the PLAN
