One Step @ A Time - 8/16/16 Zumba

Yup - that's me at my first Zumba class in three years. Actually it was Zumba Toning and I look more like that tonight than last night since the soreness is settling in. I walked for a mile tonight to try to keep the leg muscles from tightening up too much but not sure it was a pretty gate. emoticon

The class was awesome - felt great finishing it with only some limitation and definitely looking forward to a full Zumba dance class on Thursday!!

    emoticon I am trying to add stretching and beginner strength training. I usually just walk in the neighborhood.

    getting on the exercise bike a little more often to get the miles in when it's hot.!
