and it helped me understand a lot more about the true benefits of walking. My cardiologist encouraged me to forget trying the gym because of my disabilities and just walk. Even in bad weather he said house walk one end to another. It truly helps me

Good advice from your doctor. Gym work can be hard...too hard. I try to do Silver Sneakers, which is supposed to be adapted to older people, but sometimes even that is too much.
