Working it out

Ive had my treadmill for 2 days and im totally in love. Im walking at 3.0 miles an hour and a mile takes me about 20 minutes to walk on the treadmill. I wish my treadmill had an incline option but it doesnt but thats ok. I have burned 400 calories off of it within two days and thats walking on it twice a day once in the morning and then in the evening. My husband is even getting involved which is keeping me motivated he has ran 6 miles on it so far in two days and is taking a rest day today. Im so glad hes getting involved because it will help keep me motivated and will push me to do my full workout. Im so excited and im once again becoming addicted to working out. I feel so amazing.
