slow and steady

the second week started with a high calorie day and only today i lost weight again. measly 100g. i take it gladly. have stayed in my budget and also walked a lot yesterday. i will concentrate on doing the right things. the numbers will move accordingly.
today i meet other writers at our "writers room". glad i can take my dog. will walk there and back.
its pretty hot and i will concentrate on drinking tons of water. my consumption had gone down.
still happy about organizing my weightloss with spark people. the tracking and accountability are helping me and im sure this way of eating is sustainable.
