No sugary snacks or junk food challenge

I'm working on not eating those things mentioned above. Got rid of white pastas and grains. Plus junk food items in house this past weekeng. Also, eating 1 salad with protein daily.

    Thank you for your comments and encouragement JOHNMARTINMILES and RCURL1972. RCURL1972, you would think that someone would know, but I think that they are probably eating too much sugar too. It's like an epidemic out hear. It seems to be in everything! I am 1st just getting rid of the sugary sweets and snacks and white pastas, breads, etc and then I will work on the harding to get rid of sugars.

    I have a thryroid condition and found out yesterday that sugar actually destroys your thyroid. After having this condition for almost 20 years, you would think someone would have told me. Sugar also attracts cancerous cells. Good luck
