Trying something different

I am having to find an alternative to my walking/jogging routine. I injured my knee about 12 years ago. Most of the time it doesn't bother me, but it has flared up since the weekend. So I am still getting my steps in, walking doesn't bother me. The knee pain usually goes away after a week or so of taking it easy. Hopefully I can get back to my jogging routine after a while. I will work on strength training and I still remember my physical therapy exercises so I can add those back into my routine. Not a setback, just an opportunity to focus on different exercises for a while.
