Yay!=Yeah, today is the day I figured out how to write a blog on the mobile app!! Etc... I gave up the other day. I lowered my calories and have been really good about tracking, and staying in range, and I've been exercising when I have a few minutes. But my weight hasn't budged. So, I gave up (or gave in) and bought some pills. OTC, I'm not sure I want anything that requires a prescription, or costs what a prescription costs. I'm hoping to kick-start myself. I know age and hormones and all kinds of things can affect what I get done, but I need to see some kind of results. I was chalking my appetite up to nursing, but I gave that up almost a month a, and lowered my calories at that time from 3k or so to 1500 or so. That should do SOMETHING. So, diet pills.
