Starting Over

Saturday, June 11, 2016

Well not starting completely over, but Starting again. This is a new day and a new challenge.
I started this journey in 2010. I went from 260 lbs to 145 with the help of a personal trainer and Spark People. I felt AWESOME!

In 2015, I suffered an injury and was unable to work out or do the cardio I'm used to doing. I went up a bit in weight, but was still pretty fit. For the most part I "coasted", not really making progress, but still working out.
In January 2016, I started to focus to get back on track to get back down to the 145, but then "life/work" happened and I was unable to work out much at all again for about 2 months.
I am now back up to 160 and have lost muscle/gone up a size in clothes.

I can't afford a personal trainer any more. Due to arthritis, I'm not going to be able to do the same cardio I used to do (can't run any more, intense cardio is harder these days).

So, inspired by a fellow sparker, Pixielicous, I'm formulating my plan to get back on track and get fit again. I am putting my info here to keep myself accountable!
