Summertime and Living

The days are already longer and summer will officially be here in a couple of weeks. What will I do during the next 10 weeks to be happier, healthier and more fit? First of all I will become more attentive to the Word of God and how my life is in relationship to what I know and what I am learning. Second, I will move forward; working with my husband to complete the necessary documents for a Health Care Directive, Power of Attorney and other parts of an estate plan. This process will call on me to to think deeply about my life and my life together with my husband. I want to be closer to him and understand him better. Next I don't want to be undirected now that I am not working outside my home. I need to feel that each day is productive and I have accomplished things so that I don't feel incomplete at the end of the day and want to eat. I want to do more functional walking as well as strength training so that my lower body becomes stronger and more balanced and my core is firmer.
